REFUND POLICY

Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 days from the date on which red4cosmetics.com receives returned goods. In case of prepaid orders through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the amount will be transferred back to the account from which it was paid.

Please note that Cash-On-Delivery charges and Shipping Charges (if applicable) are not refundable.

Discount vouchers are for one-time use only and shall be treated as utilized even if the order the same was utilized upon is cancelled.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation before shipment:

Only those orders/items that have not been shipped can be cancelled Cancellations can be made before the order is dispatched OR within 48 hours of placing the order, whichever is earlier through the Helpdesk reachable at: Crm@red4cosmetics.com Partial cancellation/cancellation of single items from the cart after placing the order is not possible. If the order is prepaid, then your refund will be processed to your source account in 3-5 days.

Returns policy for Full-Size Products

RED4 follows a transparent returns policy for full-size* products bought from our online store. If you find that a particular RED4 product doesn't suit your skin type or you aren’t satisfied with the product results, please reach out to us within 7days of using the product(s) consistently. One of our product advisors will call you to understand the issue better and provide further instructions. In genuine cases, we would be happy to provide you with a coupon code worth the product value that can be redeemed on your next purchase.


RED4 will replace products only in case of the below scenarios after the same has been verified by our internal teams.

  • Wrong product received.
  • Damaged/tampered/leaked product received.
  • Items missing from the order.

Please note that we would require a proper unboxing video with clear focus on the unbroken seal with your complaint as a proof, also please inform us at Crm@red4cosmetics.com within 48 hours of delivery of the product. If the defect or damage or incorrect product received has not been communicated to us within 48 hours of receipt of the product(s), We shall not be held responsible for failure to provide a refund or replacement of the product.

In case of incorrect items delivered, email the images of the products delivered to you along with your order details at Crm@red4cosmetics.com
 within 48 hours of the delivery. We will check if the complaint is legitimate and then send you a replacement for the same.
